After spending two pleasant months in FL, we are preparing to return home (GR) by way of Florence, South Carolina (for a little golf) and Norfolk, VA (for a weekend with Craig, Kathy, Kate, and Emma). On Monday we will begin the final "leg" of our trip back to Michigan, hoping snow is gone by then. Please make every effort, huh?
Last week was a quiet one. The flu bug caught up with me so Dick played some solo golf on site. Meanwhile . . . a few exciting happenings: a 400 lb boar was shot and killed after tearing apart 3 blue-tick hounds; I finally spotted and identified a sweet Carolina Wren; and we celebrated Good Friday and Easter with beautiful services at Lake Alfred Ministry. We have been exceptionally blessed with George Krueze as our pastor during Lent/Easter and the fellowship at Lake Alfred has been enjoyable as well. Now we are very ready and eager to return home - to our family, friends, church, routines, home, etc. We seek God's blessings for health and safety on our return home and the pleasure of seeing you again . . . very soon. With love and prayers for God's blessings on you and yours too. Louise
Good to read and see what you are up to. Please try to bring spring along with you next week. I failed.
